Why Synergistica

Synergistica is looking to disrupt the traditional consultancy model. Drawing on decades of international experience in territory sales, key/global accounts and sales management, Synergistica is focused on practical ‘hands-on’ services .. Having both turned round organizations and led successful businesses, we understand the drivers in maximizing sales revenues with astute cost management to ensure increased profitability.

Synergistica can augment your existing teams and work on either a contract or full-time basis. This can range from analysis of current sales performance and proposals for new approaches, helping on deal strategies and solutions (including introducing new partners) through to interim sales leadership roles or full-time involvement with an organization. Clients determine the Service and engagements can be from several days through to as long as necessary, but always with agreed goals and timelines.

Experience

Over 15 years in procurement, contracts and bid management across a range of technologies and software.

More than 25 years in field sales, major accounts, channel management, global accounts, national and international sales management and company leadership, frequently operating at VP/CXO level but equally at home throughout the hierarchy of an organization.

Significant experience in re-energising businesses or leading on new ventures/markets – we always carry a parachute!

Worked with and for both corporate and SME organisations from the UK, US, Canada and Europe. Experience and relationships built in UK, US, Canada, Australia and most of Western, Northern and Southern Europe.

Solutions delivered to a wide range of organizations including British Telecom, Telefonica, O2, Halifax Bank, HSBC (Midland Bank), Merrill Lynch, Schroders, NHS Direct, Healthdirect (Australia), Healthlink BC, Nuffield Health, Telefonica, NHS 24, Sykes Assistance Services, Unilever, TNT, Sky.
